On the name field: open your banking app, see whether the account holder name is shown with or without accents, and type it the same way. Vietnamese banks usually print names without accents and in capitals, for example NGUYEN VAN AN.

Is a BK8 referral code required?
No. The BK8 referral code field is optional and meant for players or agents who invite you. Leave it empty and the account opens as normal.

Email and ID verification
